With 20 years of training experience, 15 years of studying exercise science, nutrition, behavior modification, and motivation, and experience working in collegiate, community, corporate, and commercial fitness and wellness programs, I am simply the most well rounded and extensively educated wellness coach you can find!
I help you design your very own, personalized path to well-being by combining up-to-date scientific knowledge on anatomy, physiology, and nutrition with motivational techniques and a gentle push to excel. I train WITH you and help you discover the joy of movement while guiding you through a hands-on experience to changing your lifestyle.
